After creating a one-of-a-kind custom bottle for Wholesome’s pancake syrup, the company approached Studio One Eleven to deliver another sweet solution for their line of Blue Agave sweeteners. We wanted to make sure the new package reflected the brand promise of deliciously wholesome products that make life sweeter. Our design team was inspired by nature and the products’ fair-trade origins. We started by creating a simple, sleek, symmetrical bottle silhouette with a subtle teardrop shape. We then incorporated an embossed leaf detail as a nod to the blue agave plant. A large label panel allows for strong brand messaging and improved shelf presence. The new package matches the existing bottle’s height, width and volume for simplified manufacturing. It is fully recyclable and contains up to 30% plant-based PET. The use of alternative bio-based resins reduces the carbon footprint compared to traditional fossil fuel-based PET plastic.
